Greetings all, I am a member of the support team on discord and another support staff was indicating an inability to log in! I’ll go ahead and drop the transcript of what he has to say:
Alo (10/1/24 - 9:35AM PST) - Hi all, is there any problem with bluelight.org? I cannot login with my usual login/password and when I ask to reset my password, the reset email never comes. I have tried multiple times today.
Moonsnull (11:14PM) - (i was able to login without issue)
Alo (11:45PM) - Then there is a problem with the password change problem.
Alo (10/3/24 - 2:26AM PST) - A follow-up regarding Bluelight.org. It seems that their email server is not working at all. I have tried to create a new account to check if that would work and I never received the confirmation email, even after requesting it multiple times. Perhaps it would be wise to mention this to people who manage the website. I am sure some of them are here. I have sent them a message through their contact form but if the email server is not working, I am not expecting any answer any time soon...
I linked him to the stickied thread prior to creating this to which he said: “I have quickly checked and that will not help in that case.”
