Electronics die when I touch them. Do I got the "bad touch"? Is that even possible?

My little sister has a similar issue. All of her electronics will only last about a 1/4 of the time they should. then she has to have the rebuilt or gets a new one.

I am not so bad but I definitely have what I call bad computer aura. Which sucks because I work first level technical pc support.
