I am 3 weeks into a cycle on sub-lingual 1ad 4ad and decavol. I have had an elbow injury for quite a while after hurting it in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I finally found a "manual physical therapist" who found out that my radial bone was out of place, which is what was hindering my recovery. So when I started to see real results doing P T with this guy I started my cycle as I thought I was about a week away from being able to lift 100%. unfortunately, I have had a set back recently. The ligaments connecting my tricept to my elbow are hurt/quite tender. I have been doing a ton of lower body and core stuff in addition to my elbow rehab exercises to get the most out of this cycle.
I know that Devavol hardens your muscles/ promotes higher muscle density.
My question is this...
are any of these precursors hindering my elbow rehab? Making it harder on my ligaments to heal?
I know the most likely reason is just the fact that i"m pushing the rehab to hard and too fast... but i need to know if I am slowing down my bodies ability to heal with these precursors, or if, like i originally thought... The could only help as long as i keep from pushing to hard.
any and all advice will be greatly appreciated!!
