Are you wrecking your brain? Chilling pictures reveal shocking effects of alcohol, cigarettes and even caffeine on the mind

"What exactly are you doing to your brain when you drink alcohol or coffee? If you think they can’t be doing much harm, the pictures on the opposite page may come as a shock."

I posted this earlier incorrectly so it was removed. Someone pointed out earlier that the author has attracted some criticism, but none of this criticism has to do with how these drugs (particularly caffeine) affect blood flow to the brain. Caffeine is particularly menacing. I always understood that caffeine, nicotine, and marijuana reduced blood flow to the brain, but I never thought it was this intense!
Do you/will you drink your coffee knowing you're choking your brain? If so, why?

I like this article though it's from a book? That's like a self help guide? I'm all for cutting back on drinking booze and coffee, but I want to know the patients' A/S/L and how much of each substance they were consuming. Yeah, I drink coffee, but like twice a day on average-rarely more than 30 fluid ounces. Does my brain look as bad? How much is too much?
