I have an energy drink to take with tonight's roll, but i'm having conflicting thoughts as i just saw a post on the forum saying B6 vitamins help serotonin convert to melatonin.
B6 is a coenzyme in hundreds of processes throughout the body. My suspicion is that if energy drinks(most all of them have b-6) were particularly likely to make rolling ineffective or unpleasant we'd have a lot of discussion about it. Taurine is a mild GABA agonists and most vitamins have some interaction with neurotransmitters in some way. I think you are likely fine either way but if it makes you anxious then you may as well skip it.
