Opioids Effective Dose of NMDA antagonists with use of opioids [oxycontin]

Hey guys,
Just wondering what is the effective dosages of the NMDA antagonists, namely DXM and Ketamine for two cases:
Case One: Daily use during detox to help decrease opioid tolerance and dependency
Case Two: Use of both or either prior to oxycontin ingestion to potentate dose

If anyone can provide info on the dosages of BOTH this drugs in BOTH these cases also if for the Ketamine you could provide info on the effective doses in both cases when taken A) Orally and B) Nasally

This is for a 85kg male at 181cm
