Education and the Schools....

When I was in school I was in something called CMC, content mastery center. I went there to get additional help, but mostly they just gave us the answers and didn't tutor us. I had learning disabilities, do you feel that we education does improve on a Japenese level that it could be dangerous for ppl liek me who went to school? Would it mean I would have failed?
