Ecstasy Suspected in Rave Party Death

If it was pure MDMA he took, I'm wondering if:

1) He had a previously unknown heart condition

2) He was massively dehydrated to the point essential minerals were depleted

3) He drank too much water

4) He took some sort of pharmaceutical which affects serotonin (MAOIs, Triptans, Demerol, Tramadol)

5) Drank a shit load of Red Bull or some other energy drink

I was at this event and saw the guy fall over right in front of me. I was actually talking to a security guard when the guy who ended up dying fell over.

Perhaps unrelated but I did 2 white powdered capsules 1 month prior. Could have been a completely different capsule but the 2 white powdered capsules I did were not mdma. They were absolute shit and by shit I mean I couldn't stop moving for 8 hours straight and I had a very bad anxiety attack at the end where I was curled up in my bed just wanting it to end. When I feel asleep I never actually fell asleep I had repeat out of body dream experience after out of body dream experience until I woke up.

The caps were big and full too, probably 200mg in them which is a dead give away they weren't pure mdma. If I had to wager I'd say a strong amphetamine, pipes and dmx.

is there a toxicology report available? i can guarantee you mdma wasn't the the only drug involved, if it was even involved in the first place.
Very sad, but I do agree with this.

Yes, its sad these days that you don't know what to expect in a pill without testing it. However, the comments about hysterical-driven journalism seem on point. MDMA by itself is great and if used appropriately has a very small risk involved. Sure everyone's health makeup is different, but then a person takes that risk when he tries something new. It was his/her choice to buy and eat/swallow/chew/snort/plug the pills. No different than a person smoking crack the first time that knows nothing about it. Once they are hooked, they shouldn't blame everybody else.... they made choice to try it. If they got stung that's on them.
