Since im rolling right now would there be any danger in doing a couple small lines of focalin to speed up the flow a little bit maybe max dose of 20 mg by the end of the night?

^ I hear adderall, dexedrine, & meth all have less side effects. Reactions vary from person to person. Combining drugs increases the chances of the reactions / side effects.

It shouldn't generally have a problem combining, however, be aware it will drastically increase the chances of negative side effects, perhaps more-so than if you were just just take a speedy roll

I wouldn't try it. That's just me. I'm sure people have done it before, but I've stupidly done lots of drug combos in doses that killed other people and been just fine. There is no telling how YOU are going to react.

MDMA causes the same potential side effects. Mix them together, you are multiplying the chances of adverse effects.
