‘Ecstasia'
Eyes a thin sliver of chartreuse,
orbitting pupils the size of quarters and
a smile the size of the world.
Glitter and glowstix, liquids and lace
fight the inevitable oncoming dawn
as we dance away our night in joyous release.
Lights flashing and bass beating deep,
pounding out a rhythm and reaching
something deep within, wild and primal.
Kandy kids aglow, love flowing
with the music and back rubs
and hugs for one and all.
A new dawn of love kissing the horizon,
the light of our open acceptance
paving a way for a new day to come,
tomorrow and forever after.

Ooh. I especially like the "pounding deep" and "kissing the horizon."
I've been wanting to write something about the whole rave/ecstasy thing but haven't gotten very far yet.
