I have been taking abilify 2mg and bupropion 300mg for three weeks now , this friday i want to roll . I saw somewhere that it can hurt you , or not do anything at all . A little help pleas

Think of your own health, nobody should ever suggest to stop takign important prescribed medication to get on MDMA. Wait until your course is finished.

The drastic change in mood associated with MDMA use (come-up v. come-down) will only make the condition that the abilify is supposed to treat, worse.

You know your condition better than any of us do, though. Be safe and don't forfeit long term health for a short term pleasure.

Buporian is actually a substituted amphetamine with both Dopamine and Norepinephrine Re-Uptake inhibition. If you take MDMA on a drug like that, you will literally feel no good effects, only side effects.

So not only will you feel nothing, but there is the risk of a dangerous interaction as well.

Don't risk it. Stutter is right, if you're prescribed potent medications, you probably shouldn't be rolling.

I have taken Olanzapine a similar drug low dose for years. I roll with no problems but do seem to need a little more than my friends. Can not say much about the other drug you are on but I have had no problems on my "Anti-Psychotic" (makes one sound really crazy eh) and taking MDMA. I did not get extra depressed or extra crazy or anything of the sort Vs when I was not taking the Olanzapine. I also still got high. However, severity of disorders, and dosage of medications vary greatly from individual to individual in both frequency and severity. While surely there are trends, one can expect each individual to react differently. I do not know much about the drugs you are on, but I will say I have rolled successfully on Anti Psychotic's. I have never researched much but I heard lots of people saying SSRI kill the buzz as well.
