Harm Reduction Eat heavy quantity of food between meth redosing.

So that was a good point, my theory was right, feel much better when you eat before and during meth session.

You're right. Eating (especially) fatty foods is a surefire way of getting meth out of the system more quickly, as meth is highly fat-soluble and preferentially binds with the lipids in your bloodstream. Some hospitals now treat meth ODs with an IV-lipid emulsion solution for that precise purpose.
 
I'm not really aware of the connection between fatty foods and the elimination rate of Methamphetamine. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a link. My understanding though is that the acidity of the urine is much more relevant for this particular drug and its relatives. A more alkaline (less acidic) urine will cause Methamphetamine to be excreted at a slower rate, leading to a more potent effect. Likewise, a more basic (more acidic) urine will lead to faster excretion.

Tums/Antacids/Baking Soda = More potent

Lemon juice/Vitamin C/tomatoes = Less potent

The food content of the stomach is going to lead to changes in the Ph of the urine. I'm sure it varies heavily based upon the food(s) involved. I would reckon that fatty foods could lead to a less-acidic environment, though I could also see how eating could stimulate the production of stomach acid leading to a more acidic environment.

For practical reasons, eating is very beneficial when you're using stimulants. It is very easy to go without food/water and not realize it. Eating at proper intervals will ultimately lead to a less intense comedown and a faster recovery. When a person is high on Amphetamine, they're not paying attention to the things that are going to make them feel better 24-48 hours from then. That's why you have to have the willpower. Tell yourself you have to eat.

Eating is always advised when using stimulants. Eat enough and drink enough. Sleep as much as you possibly can. If you're high enough that you have that "disgusted" feeling even looking at food, then it's good to have some stuff that's easy to consume.

My old standby:

Peanut Butter - Graham Crackers - Whole Milk

Take a big ol' spoon of peanut butter, sandwich it between a couple of graham crackers and shove it in. Use your milk to help make it into a paste you can swallow. Rinse and repeat and pretty soon, you've got at least 1,000 calories going, including protein, fat and vitamins. The Cracker provides you some ballast .

I'm sorry for the late reply man. The answer is essentially, yes. Amphetamine is affected to a lesser extent than Methamphetamine. If my math is correct, you could say that Amphetamine is affected by said variable at a rate of 50% relative to Methamphetamine. This is still significant.
 
I had the idea to do a little experience, eating as much as possible to give supplies to the body for eliminate meth more quickly.

Someones has already tried this here ? What the issues after ?

I think it's be much better to focus on eating *healthily" between meth sessions and maybe try something like Ensure for nutrients?
I don't think binge eating and then barely eating is good.
I'm AMAZED anyone can actually eat on meth...I remember running out of rooms in literal HYTERICS OF DISGUST even seeing someone else eat

Actually, a lot of people do this - it’s called intermittent fasting and it has myriad health benefits. I’ve been doing it for years - minus the stimulant use

Yeah, but you eat normally during the non-fasting periods, but eat "as much as you can".
 
Never tried meth but I've slammed a lot of cocaine and done a bunch of MDMA. I dunno how you'd eat any food on a strong stimulant like meth, for me when on stims even the thought of food makes me wanna puke, not a chance I'd be able to eat.

If I know I'm going to be going hard I'll have a good feed before hand to counteract the no eating. No idea if it helps to clean the body out though.

Depends. When I was doing 36/12 - fasting for 36 hours followed by eating for 12, then repeat - and I was also super active, I HAD to stuff my face during my 12 eating hours to get enough calories. Despite eating highly nutrient dense fatty foods.

The idea of eating on meth seems absolutely abhorrent but it’s actually not as difficult to do once you start doing - it you just have to find the right things to eat - I preferwet, juicy, not too strongly flavoured things. I find fresh fruit, popsicles/ice cream and soup are great options.

I can see things without much smell/taste being easier. I remember (and this was probably at least partly a little psychosis) just SEEING another persons food (not even smelling it) would sometimes have me running out of the room angry-crying :/

The MAIN reason I'd take amphetamines was to NOT eat, though (Sara Goldfarb-esque) so I never tried to make myself.

Yes. Ice cold drinks were all I could stomach.
I went from 130ish to like 96 in a couple months on amphetamines and that was just amphetamine sulphate, not even meth [again, think Sara Goldfarb]

Out of curiosity, what do you class as "fasting"? I've heard people use it to mean a dozen different things. LIke I've heard (from strictest to loosest):

1) Absolutely nothing inc. water [TBF this is from friends I have who are Muslims, not people fasting for health/weight loss]
2) Only water
3) Water and non-caloric drinks (tea, diet soda, black coffee)
3a) Same but no caffeine
4) Also adding in some broth and shit like that

Zero calories = fasting. Caffeine and other drugs are fine, & can even be helpful. I have on occasion consumed things with very small amounts of calories like black coffee or tea or broth when fasting, but I try to avoid it. Not really into diet drinks.

Dry fasting = no water/fluids. I have tried this, but I can’t even go six waking hours. I am ultra sensitive to dehydration and nearly always thirsty despite drinking loads of water rich in electrolytes. It’s a real shame too because dry fasting has even more health benefits but I just can’t do it personally. I get severe dehydration headaches and very painful concentrated urine, which I’m positive would turn into a UTI if I kept going.
