The situation in Earth's orbit is becoming increasingly complex, what with satellites, space debris, and orbital traffic continuing to grow at an unprecedented pace. Scientists and space agencies are warning that crowded low Earth orbit raises the risk of satellite collisions, debris-generating events, and disruptions to communications, navigation, weather forecasting, and critical space infrastructure.​
 
Hmm, imagine seeing Putin's wedding ring up there just knocking at a spaceship handle, ahaha what a genius joke, nah..

but this situation is just here to add pathetic excuses why not get a space bobcat up there and push them towards outerspace or or... go all star wars wtf or x man or just be fucking logic and creative

Well Space is real. The earth is a globe moving through space in orbit around the sun.

However, I guess it could also be like believing that space is nothing.

Without space though, we'd all be rubbing elbows ...

And back on topic .... It sure is bad enough that Dark and dangerous asteroids are spotted lurking near Earth’s orbit also.
... With technology of course.
 
We see most planets, asteroids and comets because of reflected energy. We can then measure the spectrum of that part of the light that is reflected to get a good idea of the composition of that object.

We just feel bad that you believe you’re tipping over backwards faster than the speed of sound while watching a sunset.

Just think, you are currently spinning at nearly 1,000 mph, while flying through space at incredible speeds.. and you feel nothing. The creator is pretty clever, to have made it so comfortable.. Imagine the sea-sickness if we could feel that!

That's right "Look up" duping delight, that shit is real.

Even Job knew the Earth was a globe.

It's scary knowing that flat Earthers could possibly be in the same room as me right now.

I wonder if comets are dirty snowballs !!
 
Earth's orbit is not in danger... It will continue to orbit around the sun regardless of what we have put into orbit around earth.

The orbital space around earth is however cluttered with space garbage that threatens satellites and space vehicles. It is the orbit of these man made objects that is in danger, not earth's orbit.

A Harvard scientist has suggested that our Solar System may be far more crowded with interstellar objects, chunks of rock or ice from other star systems, than anyone realized.

Avi Loeb, who made headlines for his controversial claim that 3I/ATLAS could be an alien spacecraft, presented new data and calculations indicating that roughly 35 million meter-scale interstellar objects are embedded inside Earth's orbit.

This conclusion comes from the detection of two interstellar meteor candidates, CNEOS-22 and CNEOS-25, recorded in 2022 over the Pacific and in 2025 over the Barents Sea in the Arctic.

The objects were small, about six feet and four feet across, but traveling fast enough to exceed the Solar System's escape velocity.

Loeb and his team estimated that such meteors collide with Earth about once every three years, implying a dense population of similar objects around the Sun.

Each meter-scale object could carry roughly three million tons of material, totaling about 220 billion tons within Earth's orbit.

Larger interstellar objects like 3I/ATLAS are far rarer, but their greater mass makes their total contribution similar, suggesting smaller objects may be fragments of bigger bodies.

Loeb said studying this population could reveal how material moves between star systems.
