a "dip" isn't very much, think a little more than the first 1/4 of a toothpick. I've had this 100mg of phenazepam for about 2 weeks so I don't think I'm going too crazy with the dosage, but I've decided to lay off the phen for a while and use the tea for a couple of days while I get rid of some of that phenazepam.
I had a lot built up in my system (and wasn't feeling it much) which I would blame partially on my mistake.
I thought I would be fine on 1 or 2 mL of 1,4 BDO but I didn't feel anything even after 15 minutes so I took another 2mL and that's the last thing I remember. When I woke up I couldn't even tell them what day it was 8)
