He commented a couple pages back saying he had stuff that wasn't good. I don't see why @blondin would be lying if that's what you are insinuating. Probably just has better connections than most street users. I'm sure he mentioned going to Asians before, who generally have access to better heroin than most white folk.
I have definitely seen Blondin complain about shit gear from time to time, just like the rest of us.
 
Saw some talk of Xylazine on here and wanted to show something I saw on wedinos - it is a sample of "heroin" which contained no heroin and had xylazine as the main active ingredient. Not my sample and there are others that have it with heroin but this is the first I've seen without any actual gear in it and xylazine being the active inhre: W047494 (reference number on wedinos).

See like asian peoples i also know. Always that tan clumpy powder. H gets a bad rep but if your just smoking it seems to be nice black beatle running clean along the foil material. That type of heroin is clean and less harmful than alot of what came after.
 
MASSIVE drought in Dublin (thus Ireland) so I'm told. Not that I'm looking. Can any other Irish confirm?

Also, be very careful if you're looking in Dublin - many overdoses due to people selling Heroin cut with nitazines and a batch went around relatively recently that was cut with fentanyl. Its not worth it.

You'll never get it "pure", not no.3 anyway, as it would kill ya. It isn't just cut for greed, it is cut to a point at which it delivers a high and is smokeable (hence caffeine - burns at the right temperature for the gear to be smokable). I might not have my numbers right but 17-19% is considered to be high purity and this isn't just due to it being bashed, much of the packaged heroin contains by-products of the processing process (have a look at the minor components on wedinos samples - you'll see stuff that is just a by-product of the synthesis). By the time it has been bashed down the line from the docks down to Johnny McArdnut on the estate and his band of runners, you will find a purity of 2% in some places. I'm not sure what's considered "good" now - probably up to about 10% actual heroin, plus by-products via the process of synthesis and then cuts added for bulk/greed. This is why people need to be vigilant when it comes to gear as some idiots are putting nitazines and other nasty cuts in. I shared a sample I saw on wedinos in which xylazine was the main active component - don't think it even had heroin in it (the sample is a few posts up). Not sure why this I happening as there is no drought. More likely because so many mid level people were taken out via Encrochat (Operation Venetic) and new people are stepping up but don't know how to cut gear properly. That plus greed. Not sure.

But yeah, as far as I know, good quality heroin will have a purity of up to 20% and will contain by products from the processing of opium into heroin which make up much of the bulk, and then cuts are added. Heroin of a purity that is too high would kill too many people. And also, you can't tell visibly what "good" heroin looks like as decent gear could look exactly like a shitty bag of 2% purity.

Best gear I ever had was dark brown, almost shit like consistently (as in actual shit) and I thought I was ripped off until I smoked it and it was amazing. I'm not sure what it was or why it had that consistency. It could've been opium I suppose. That's what it looked like and it had that beautiful heroin smell. Never saw it again and only scored through this guy to get crack for my friend's friend who was up and the guy even apologised when I said this looks like shit. Normally you'd get usual no3 heroin, golden brown (hence the song) in this area. There is no way to test the purity - once you've smoked a bit you should get an idea of whether it is decent enough by your standards.

As I write this, I would say to anyone to smoke a bit before you shoot, especially from a new source and even if you do inject it, use less than usual and go slow because some of these cuts are killers. I was knocked straight into a coma by a normal sized hit and ended up in a&e and it wasn't because it was "good gear", it was just cut with something bad. I nearly died and people are dropping like flies. Still makes no sense as there are years worth of opium stashed along the routes and it is obviously still being farmed and processed. I put it down to new small OCGs not knowing what they are doing when cutting and I'd love to see the ingredients of a couple of standard bulk seizures as I would be fairly certain that they contain no xlyazine or any of that shite. Could be wrong of course but I doubt that this is being done when kilos are being packaged.

Also here's another sample on wedinos I found just casually scrolling: W047610 - it contains xylazine as an active compound along with heroin, but I'll bet you it looked like any usual brown gear you'd get off any runner selling 0.2g bags. As you'll see, it has the usual cuts (caffeine and paracetamol which we always called "bash") and then other compounds that come mostly from the opium poppy AFAIK. But why put xylazine in it? What dickhead in the supply chain decided to do that? Unless it's some kind of MI5 Psyop to kill off addicts and scupper any harm reduction methods. Wedinos offers no info on purity but I'll bet that bag had a "purity" or about 2% of actual heroin and then xylazine to make it stronger. I am disgusted that this is happening as it is going to kill a lot of people.

I any case, I bet the gear looked just like any other bag of brown as I said, usual golden brown colour and not only impure but containing highly dangerous compounds.

Sorry to be a bit off topic, but can you still buy codeine over the counter in Ireland? Do you have to try extra hard to persuade them that you are in serious pain? Thanks

I am sure that the moderators will not see this as going completely OT, but its hard for anyone to provide a good faith answer to the second question, as a good portion of the members use medicines that, when not prescribed, are largely used in their capacity under the UK's MODA 1971 (or equivalent post UN single convention malum prohibitum legislation) regardless of the presence (or absence) of subjective (and possibly objective) legitimate need.

While it has been a few years since I was last in Dublin, codeine phosphate is controlled in the UK under Class B of the MODA (the same as speed and cannabis) and I am sure the situation is similar in Eire. However, certain preparations of the drug are available over the counter in the UK provided they are poisoned with enough acetaminophen to ensure that people suffer severe liver damage if they try to attempt regularly ingesting prescription only level doses (30mg + >).

When it comes to health professionals, no one can advise you to be anything other than honest. Legitimate pain patients are left in the lurch all of the time due to their 'drug seeking behaviour' - if a patient actually wants a drug just because they need it to feel well or manage chronic illness, then they need to be prevented from accessing safe, medically supervised treatments, often forcing them to rely on the black market, the existence of which is vital to providing jobs in LE agencies and ensuring enough funds are available to maintain public, domestic and international corruption among our betters.

I can appreciate what you are saying. I'm honestly not trying to source anything for abuse levels of dosage. In my own case, it would be for mild pain and being limited to only 2 tabs per dose due to the acetaminophen content would be fine. My understanding is that UK codeine only has like 8 or 12 mg per pill, which is pretty minor even when taking 2 tabs at once, but hopefully it would help with the pain I get. I'd be doing a lot of hiking, and unfortunately have some chronic pain issues. I would be honest with them but just wondered if there was any trouble being allowed to buy it

I cannot see there being an issue - low dose Co - codamol is a legit OTC analgesic and should be easy to obtain in many European countries (one exception possibly being Greece, where possession of the drug in any un-prescribed amount used to be an offense and may still be).

Yes you can still but codeine OTC in ireland. As regards them asking questions, in my experience they just advise you not to take them for more than 3 consecutive days without stopping for a period.

However if I'm getting a prescription filled for the likes of Tylex (30mgs) theres no questions asked at all.

I'm guessing you cant wherever you are?
Are you based in Europe, the States...elsewhere?

yeah, US. No codeine OTC at all here, and even getting a prescrip they are suspicious of you. I broke a rib a few years ago and they would only prescribe me muscle relaxants. But 20 years ago it was ok for me to ask my doctor for codeine to use for general travel purposes (pain, cough, diarrhea) just in case. Not that she would have given me an open prescription but she trusted me with 20 at 30mg each. It's really a useful thing to have around when traveling. Attitudes have changed. Yet we have legal kratom when I guess a lot of the EU doesn't. Kind of weird.
I assume the Tylex are just with a doctor's prescription, that OTC are only those really weak ones

Yea there gear in Wales , with xylazine and nitazenes , in Newport area , be careful it so so strong
 
, I was smoking little under t shirt a day H , but 10 day ago I picked bk up and the gear was putting me on my arse as little as 1/3 of a gram , (People please be careful).
