Still getting great stuff in Cambs, only one person I know is selling stuff that is below par. Quality is great and good size bags. I usually buy a £15 if I've got the cash, if not then a £10 bag will still make me comfortably numb for a few hours.
I hope we never have a drought of that length again. Had £10 bag today with 20mg diazepam & 1mg etiz and I was feeling fucking great for hours. Just had little spliff & I feel wasted all over again.

I just bought 10 8mg/2mg Suboxone for £20, so it works out at £2 a pill. The guy said that the 8mg ones usually sell for £5 a pop so I was supposedly getting a good deal. I've never bought these before so does anyone if they are worth £2 each? Even at £2 each that seems pricey to me. Are Suboxone the ones that can make you ill if you use on top of them? He told me I should wait until I start to feel rough then dissolve one under my tongue.

Does anyone here have any experience with them? Any info or advice would be really appreciated.

Yeah you're best off waiting until your withdrawals kick as Bupe has a higher affinity to the μ opioid receptor so it'll kick whatever opiate is remaining there off which can throw you into withdrawals a bit harder although I've never had a problem with that.. Just place it under your tongue and wait for it to dissolve, 8mg tablets can take a good while to dissolve as they're quite big. Don't swallow any of it until they're gone, leave it all in your mouth for as long as possible. Brushing your teeth or mouth wash just before can ensure a better absorption.

I take it you have a tolerance to opiates, is it heroin I take it? Bupe is a very strong med so if your tolerance is low 8mg will be far to much so if that's the case start with a smaller dose, 1-2 mg and see how you get on otherwise you'll be quite sick.

Thanks for the info and quick reply. The guy I bought them from is a mate so I would have been surprised if he took the piss with the price it's just that £2 a pill seemed a bit high. Ages ago I went to score and there was a guy hanging around the stairs trying to sell 8mg Subbies, he said they should be a fiver a pop but would do 3 for tenner so he could score. I didn't know anything about them at the time so though: 3 wee pills for a tenner, fuck that.

The last few months I've been really greedy with the kit so I think an 8mg one should be alright and not make me ill (hopefully). They are quite big hexagonal things so dissolving them might take a while. Do they have you dissolve them under your tongue because swallowing them has no effect? Ages ago I had a 2mg temgesic and was told to crush and snort it rather than eat it because eating them does pretty much nothing.

I've been working part time for the last 4 years and start a new full time job on the 5th of January. If I keep on kit there's no way I'll be able to hold down full time work. I have 300ml of Meth' stockpiled but I'd rather use something other than that to try and get the kit out of my system. Thanks again for the info, hope you have a great Christmas...

It's just down to bio availability, its not all that great sublingual really but it seems to be the chosen route of administration so without looking I'd assume it's better than oral.

You can sniff them, they kick in much faster and it's more pronounced when it does but again if you're unsure of tolerance I wouldn't recommend it. It's not all that pleasant either, stings a bit and the drip is awful. Better sticking with sublingual Imo.

Hope it works out for you and you have a good Xmas, as I said check the megathread in the link I posted as im not hugely clued up on them despite using them myself quite a bit in the past.

Lately my habit's been half to a gram a day. I might half one of these 8s first and see how that goes.

You can get Smack out your system in about 4 to 5 days so if you use some sort of substitute for only as long as it takes to get the kit out of your system you should be alright.

Tomorrow I'm going to start using Suboxone to keep me going whilst the Kit leaves my system. I start a new full time job early next month and I don't want to start it with a habit.

It's probably best to if you've never had them before but you should be fine with 8mg with .5 a day habit. When I was scripted them for a similar habit I started off on 12 or 16, I forget now. One of my detoxs I started on 24 mg which I think was overkill and I really suffered for it in the reduction in the 3rd week. If you can put up with it you're best off using the lowest dose you can.

The Xmas bag of gear i bought the other day to take away with me to my sisters for xmas unsurprisingly didn't last long before i just had to smoke it. Thought i'd buggered myself up as my main guy with the best gear hadn't been about for few days. Today i get text 'Am on with best of both', brilliant. Met up with him and got 2 x £15 bags of which i smoked one today and then out of the blue this evening a girl who has owed me some gear from a week ago turns up at my door with a £10 bag from the same guy i see. BONUS.
Now i can attend my hospital appt tmrw, come home, toot the £10 bag and save the £15 bag for when i get back from my sisters, always nice to have something to look forward to after getting home.
I was going to take a bag to my sisters with me for xmas but decided it's not worth the risk as they believe i am still not using so i don't wish to shatter their illusion. Just gonna rely on a couple of vallies and a few etiz to keep me calm and not get wound up with the usual family politics.
Hope everyone here can at least have a toot/hit on Xmas day so it doesn't seem so bleak. At least we aren't in the situation we were all in a few years back when the infamous drought started.

Smoked just under a gram today. Tomorrow I'm going to half one of those 8s and see how that goes. 24mg sounds like a crazy high dose, I hope you weren't suffering too long when they cut you down. Thanks for all your advice...

In prison if you are on a script,they crush the subbies and make you hold it in your mouth
and then you have to eat a biscuit
anything to stop that stuff being sold on to others in the prison
but when i was there,during the drought,you could buy subbies quite easily
those using without a script would crush it and snort it

Well if you have ben an addict for a long time you ought to know the score - if you have ann average habit the methadone- 50mg- will sort you for mAYBE 24H A BIT LONGER IF YER LUCKY and the bupe another day or so and then you will be back to withh drawls , ther is no easy way or we would all be at it . As a minimum you need a 2 week taper on methadone stating on 80 then 80 12h later dropping by 5mg a day till near trhe end where it changes a little

There is no easy way or everyone would be okay. You have to go through withdraws, deal with cravings, lack of health, etc. Suggest you get help!

I received my third methadone script just after my 40th birthday. I've now just passed my 50th year and am down to 8mg/day! Some may say this is an achievement, but all I can see is why I take opiates at all. When I get to this level all I do is crave all and any substance I can get my hands on. At least on meth I can function with daily life - now I can't even face getting up in the morning anymore. I know there's people that will say 'it gets better', but considering this is the third time I've been through this process I think I'm just not capable of living drug free anymore. Does anyone know if a switch to bupe will help with this situation at all? I just can't cope with the constant craving..

switch to bupe. your cravings will lessen because its hard to use other opiates on top of subutex. once you settle on it after a few days it is a very good drug.

i disagree im just like u fubar i think some of us get that used to functioning high, whenn we have nothing and start to get back to normality, we dont know how to function drugg free and go into uber crave mode. i know this happens to me too.

Once you begin, however briefly, to juggle drug abuse and normal life, a return to sobriety seems... lacking.

i am in a rehab in london. finally haave access to cyclizine but no opiates to shoot it with!! the one cocktail i was desperate to try. cant even shoot my methadone as i have to drink it in front of the nurse and im not sure it would evap down to 2ml. at this stage i would literally use a 20ml barrel and shoot the green juice. they will switch me to bupe for the final 25% of the detox. i will shoot the cyc/bupe combo but subutex is kinda pointless to IV.

cyclizine on its own is nice. 100mg produces an interesting rush. hcl solubility is 1mg/ml so you have to put the tablets in the barrel and shake with boiling water, unless you can convert it to the lactate salt. not very healthy i know.
