I love when i come round and see all the nonsense on the page that I typed with my head.
luckily,never clicked the 'send' button too
although i have had to be careful cos i made a few posts whilst fooked that made no sense whatsoever
 
..actually tbh with me its normally my fingers when im writing a post or owt and starts with bad spelling and ends with kmlllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll etc etc. Still getting same gear for the last few months hard sandy coloiured rocks and also the really pukka x2 bags for £15 so mix 1-1 and thats enough for a good gouch.
 
Takes me ages to write a post when I'm straight , I'm a one finger warrior, spent my youth rolling joints, no key boards to play with.
Fucking amazes me the speed my 9 year old types.
Getting proper gear in weights finally for sensible money only downside is I'm smashing it to bits. Honeymoon period over need to slow my fucking roll.

If you keep yourself in moderation, you won't fall anywhere you don't want to be. Although, that is easier to write...

I suppose I'm not really looking for a response when I write. A lot of it is cathartic, most of it is mostly as I've no other way of letting it out to anyone who will listen and know exactly what i'm talking about. I don't really see a lot of people in real life.

My boyfriend doesn't like me using Bluelight, as he does not understand it, not through ignorance, just through a general none understanding of the internet as a whole (he's never really bothered with social media etc) and more of a 'Why would you wan't to communicate your personal life with strangers all over the internet'. I can understand that, but at the same time I can't, as I've been using Bluelight for a long time, and it's helped me, hindered me, and saved me more than I can mention. It's now just something we agree to disagree on, and I use it when I can.

Today I found out I've got another Abscess (Just above the last one I had cut out on my inner right arm), and from that abscess I've also got Lymphadenitis running down one vein from the Abscess towards my wrist (This is worrying more than the abscess) I've been given the usual Co-amoxiclav 500mg/125mg. Tablets I've taken around 6 times in the past three years as I've had three abscesses now, (Two operated on) in two years. Fingers crossed I've caught this one in time, only been there since Sunday night, and the anti-bios do the trick. I can't feel it now, thanks to some decent gear, but before I use it's basically useless. Catch 22. And, No, i'm not injecting in the same arm, of the few places I have left, i'm using my the inside of my shin.

Last time I posted, I wrote about an OD and me calling 999, I've since called in another one. I can't wait to get out of this hostel, that has now become a crack/smack den. I'll probably, still go back into the homeless supported housing system, but with better Staff than this place, staff here seem to have abandoned ship, leaving just us Pirates (complete with infestation of mice) on board, and I can't blame them!

Good gear in Bristol, I'm ironically despite all i've just written sitting waiting for my boyfriend and our friend to come back with 6 and 6.

KRONOS'@ i dunno how the other people who have been kicked off their scripts cope (is it just leeds or is everywhere have suddenly become cunts with this?) most of the people i know have been put back on daily pickup for meth and for them completely without a script become alot harder to get that lifeline of a few bottle outside boots when you're in need or whatever. Its an insane situation, barely survived the last few months and its been a raw time for nearly everyone i know, gears alright but no money food heat sanity etc . Al wel things seem to be improving all round locally


YEAH THE JUICE CLINIC I GO TO IS now getting really strict with those using on top. Back to supervised consumption AND script is reduced 10ml weekly

I agree that bluelight has been very helpful,especially during the drought as I think everyone thought it was just a local thing.
I almost lost an arm to an abscess.I was admitted to hospital-it had turned black-then i was on IV antibiotics and every day they would come around and cut all the dead flesh away-sounds awful but it doesn't hurt cos it is dead,but it does stink.I could then see the veins and bone in my arm,which was a relief cos at least that vein was still working-had it not been,it would have been off with that arm.They said if I had come a day later,I woulda lost the arm.It scared me straight,cos i lay in bed(not allowed to get up cos septicaemia travels)and thought about how life would be with one arm.I know a few amputees and one that even injected into his stump(eventually died).I feel very lucky and I never IV'd again.
As for living in the hostel,when I came out of prison,I was very lucky and my parents let me stay with them.I was on a tag and they were always exceptionally careful that I was home in time.If I had not had that support,I would have been restricted to a hostel or a B&B.I know I could never stay clean living in such a place.Top of your list should be to get out of that hostel.So,your boyfriend uses too-so I'm guessing there's no way you can stop.Your situation must be horrible.Lucky you have internet access really-somewhere to sound off where people understand your position.I hope you can find a way out of that hostel.nobody who lives in a hostel ever gets clean.good luck and try to take care of yourself.Us addicts always neglect ourselves.I went 6 months without using my bowels(try to put it nicely),only with an enema every now and then.Went to hospital 3 times.first 2,I did a runner cos I was scared-3rd time they rushed me in for emergency surgery to remove part of my bowel.I have nobody but myself to blame-was complete self-neglect.very slowly on the mend but having further tests cos I should be right by now-so scared cos if they have to open me up again,I will be left with a bag cos there's only so much bowel they can take.It's so hard,but we have to be extra careful to look after ourselves.I only went to hospital the 3rd time cos I was in so much pain,on top of 400mg morphine a day...so I can only imagine how much pain I would have experienced without that.maybe your body is telling you to give the IV a rest.just a thought.
 
cherry, you really really need help. youre not getting it from your boyfriend by the sound of it, excuse me for saying. maybe a break from him so he can get his act together. you need to stop using needles. ffs i know thatshard, but it sounds like tin foil could save your life! endure the boredom for a while and the transition is dooable even for you! whats your doc like? would they consider fent pqtches to help or would you abuse them? maybe a bad idea, but you seriously need to adress this life of yours. sorry if this is the first time ive ever directed a message at ypu personally, and if i sound churlish, but you sound like youre suffering in more ways i could imagine. take care. please.
 
and dsd that sounds really shitty. i suppose ypu have the standing ouside pharmacies on a saturday option. ive never personally tried this, i think id end up getting the wrong guy and being punched. ive only ever bought methy off my dealer, who i think i can trust not to dilute. ive seen him come outta the pharm with it and unless he did the worlds most amazingly small, surreptitipus piss ever- or he asked the pharmacist if he could use the tap on his jollopor hes not diluting by anything more than 10ml. ah what an ffing life. my condolences.
 
time for my 2 cents....

ok so in the end they bumped me up to 70mls without even doing a screen, as the doctor saw straight thru me and said that she thought i was continuing to use on top and only abstaining in the days leading up to a screen, and she wanted me on a guarenteed blocking dose. clever girl....

so thats the end of weekday use, so last weekend the experiments began. i scored a few bags of good gear towards the end of last week and saved them untill sunday, the only day that i can leave my methadone alone without wasting a dose

thanks to the 24 hour break from the juice the gear worked very nicely, marking my first session in 2 months where i havnt had to resort to IV to increase the peace.

the practical upshot of this is that i can now only smoke on a sunday, which will save me a load of money for starters plus ill get more bang for my buck due to a (slightly) reduced tolerance

when i spoke to the guy again on monday he still had the same kit - so i decided to grab what i could before the sun disappeared behind a cloud. i got 2 grams for 80quid (0.1 bags @ 5 pound each with the 20 pound discount for buying so many)

ill use half of them again on sunday, the other half has been taken into custody by my dad for Christmas, in case there are any seasonal supply problems this winter

heroin is from the wolverhampton area, light cream flour consistency with big hard chunks throughout.

Well i thought i'd done really well - I bought an 1/8th and 10 bags of real fire last tuesday and had my last smoke on sunday...until i totted up time divided by amount of gear nearly 3/4 of a g a day, so not very good really ....still nice easy transition on to the pills 60mg,55,50, and 45 tonight so by time i score again -sunday - nice low tolerance. Might even get me some oxy's as they last a few days (normally do 2-3 a day).
There are a fair number of dealers in hackney as you might expect but only one has decent kit and the real fire comes from somewhere else is a stupid expensive however two bags for 15 on low tolerance will gouch me out so i spose..you pays yer money n takes yer choice
 
I just realised its about 4 years to the week since the great heroin drought of 2010 kicked in - when this thread started - with over 20,000 posts. Shit remember those early months ? terrible took me til xmas that year to get properly sorted again -at a price.And for others years, esp our oirsh friends (who don't seem to post anymore). And to be honest its never got back to how it use to be, I wonder if it ever will....
 
What were the reasons for the drought blondin?.....if u believe the news (which I don't) the market should have been booming due to all the Afghan opium....why did it dry up?

The only time I've ever even seen heroin is when we found some on an overdosed patient and I just gave it to the cop who was next to me.

Incidentally did you know you can get 10mg diamorphine tablets prescribed in the UK....very rare and only for cancer patients but I would have thought all the medical advantages of diamorphine over morphine sulphate would dissapear if its in tablet for rather than parenteral due to the low oral b.a.
 
The reasons? debated here long and hard for years!! a poppy blight, the distribution network damaged by high level arrests, all the gear going to russia and the 'stans as its far easier to get over neighboring land borders... BUT its never been the same and for me any way its been a year now since i can get decent gear at a good price (110 an 1/8th).
Yep the b/a is what 15% or so - but i wonder if they can be fixed? I would have thought [palfium or diconal would be better for pain orally?
 
I had no idea they existed until I was flicking through a copy of the BNF while bored at work the other day and yup diamorphine 10mg tablets.....plus did u know they make a whopping 500mg amp of diamorphine? I mean half a team of 100% pure heroin in a dry amp...fucking hell...junkie's wet dream or what.

Years ago there used to be diamorphine tablets that were rx'd to addicts that were designed to be fixed...they were just back loaded into a syringe and dissolved instantly (I'm talking 70+ years ago). Also palrium and diconal are almost never prescribed nowerdays. I used to be prescribed both back in the 90s for my back but wasn't impressed from a pain relief standpoint
 
Obviously morphine, thebain and codeine are the constituents of the opium poppy (active) and so unreacted codeine will probably be present in the heroin but seeing how code in can't be IVd due to possible pulmonary edema (and other things)....how is this possible for there to be codeine in the heroin and people not dropping down dead from IVing it?
