EADD Heroin Discussion Nininininineteen [19] (I wasn't really sure what was going on)

my d****r has done some ju-ju magic to his gear and turned top notch stuff into crap ln an instant. ok i don't know if he's bashed it or the people he gets it off , but pure greed has turned really good gear into what is now below average gear.

has anyone here met anyone " famous" in their ' scene'. do you remember SHADOW from originial itv gladiators. junkys worst nightmare he ended up ( this was years ago). im sure he got booted from the show for drugs. jerk that he was/ is
 
Perhaps the greatest claim to fame 'My Junky Hell' tale thus far. Dunno if I recall SHADOW specifically. Did he always spell his name fully capitalised? I get the gist. I doubt I could pick him out with him stood in a line up of one with his passport in one hand and birth cirtificate in t'other... but one of them thar Gladiators indulging in drugs that aren't steroids... lawdy what has this world a-comed too? 8(
 
I remember him! You don't forget these things after going to see gladiators being filmed live in the National Indoor Arena for 6 straight hours. He's a like a character in a flashback to 'nam.

According to his Wiki, after being kicked from Gladiators for roid abuse (having already fled the New York 'Crack Boom of the late 70s') he relapsed and was lifted for illegally riding the bus with an elderly persons bus pass. Sounds like a right so-and-so.

This is a bit of a TMI question, sorry, but I figure some people in here might know how to answer it...
Not directly heroin related, more codeine, but you guys'll have the experience. I took 800mg codeine twice a couple days apart a few days ago, got the obvious total urinary retention on it, and since then, have been unable to urinate. I've probably urinated 3 times in the past 3 days and every time I have to really force myself and it's incredibly painful. Anyone ever experienced lasting urinary retention like that on opiates?
Tips would be sooo appreciated cuz I'm really starting to worry. Thanks.

Never quite like that, no. Things usually work fine the following day.

Hah well yeah, obviously I'm never gonna be taking that much at once again. I'm just hoping you're right that it'll resolve itslef soon enough :(

800mg in one dose? thats well high! i think thats approaching the ld50. not sure if thats with a tolerance or not but, yeah, please avoid doing that again.
i thought 400-500mg was the ceiling dose anyway.
you'll be ok, i think. youre just suffering unholy side effects cause of the whopping doses.
 
Pagey isn't opiate naive, so 800mg isn't a massive dose for her, although yes, that's the lower end of the LD50. Remember that the LD50 doesn't factor in tolerance, though, among other things.

The ceiling dose is much-debated, with many people feeling increased effects way beyond it.
 
I did two 10mg Morphine pills oral the other day, but it ended up in a night with pain going from stomach to my back then 5 sec no pain, it was going on all night. Is it a side effect that can happen in general or?
 
Pain like you getting kicked, I was so close to cry, did fuckin hurt. I know thats why I think its really weird.
 
Finished the last of my gear yesterday after a week-long binge followed by the usual taper as I eked out the last dregs. No chance of scoring tonight, and anyway I don't think I want to be back in the worst of that again.

I'm coming to the conclusion that heroin is Not Fun Anymore .....
