EADD Heroin Discussion Nininininineteen [19] (I wasn't really sure what was going on)

so my mate says he can't get anyting good for the last two days.

bit fucking weird, yeah he could get poor quality stuff, it seems quality has slowly decreased and now there is no decent stuff.

will try again tomoz to see if we get any success.... anyone else found a wee drought of decent kit?
 
gone 2 fuk we had to buy 5 bags today that bust has fuked oit. Shit hot bags mind but i only had 1 u see i look after folk when they in need . i bought em all as well.

I usually buy 2 bags for £15.The bags are very small but I lay 2 on together for a decent smoke.
Got from a different guy yesterday and his bags were £10 or £15.
His £15 bags varied(thinking he put a few £10 bags in there)
But none of them equated to the 2 bags I would put on
So £15 from the new guy is smaller than 2 small bags(equalling £15)from the regular guy
gear is that nice,pale,fluffy stuff that has been mentioned as being available in the mids.
But you live and learn and as I usually find,is best to go with what(and who) you know.
 
Get a simnilar thing here kkat, bought a load of them 2 for 15s earlier to tide me over till i get can my hands on something decent, and ther pretty shite got fuck off off shooting a bag and mystv done 4 of them in the last 3 hours

What drives me mad is i know thers quality out there, before i had that long break i had a guy who did 10 or 20 bags, and you could go over on half a 20 bag, really cheap and fuckin strong teenths, but hes changed his number now so im stuck with this n other shite local stuff
Another incentive to get back on the straight n narrow anyways :)
 
Just finally picked up off new fella as no one decent was on, but my mate called me back soon as he tried this new guys stuff. OK 10 bags all the way and 3 for 25. But rang him up and v polite and v quick to show up. Was waiting for 1 min. Didn't weigh bags but I reckon .1 minimum to .15 max

So a good 'backup' so long day but got result in the end.

Going to tuck in now, got a good warm strong rush off couple of toots :-)
 
I've got a high tolerance to heroin, I've been using daily since last August and use a minimum of 1.5gs a day, smoking and injecting. I was wondering how much is too much.. How much would a fatal overdose for someone like me be? I'm just curious as I'm quitting on Friday and going on a script, so tomorrow will be my last proper day. I want to use a lot, but not go overboard.

One other question about starting the script on Friday. When should I last use? I've heard mixed things- that if you still have any heroin your system and take subs, you will go into mad w/ds. Other people have told me that it's fine!

I was thinking of just smoking on Thursday to hold off the withdrawals. When should I stop? I just need to be well enough to cycle to the appointment to sort out the script, then go to the pharmacy and take it supervised.

Thanks for reading, and I would really appreciate any help! Also interested to hear others experiences taking subs for the first time? And if I should think about trying to get subutex instead of suboxone?
 
Well its difficult to say, how much is it costing you to buy the 1.5 grams a day? If its 60-80 quid its unlikely to be high purity. So you could get some high strength kit which would put you over on a much smaller amount.

That's the hard part with street heroin. You don't know what the purity is, one day you might have 20% gear, then next have 50% and you OD. So in my eyes it would be a tad dangerous to say what will make you OD.

I stopped taking gear at about 9pm and woke up feeling bit worse than normal then by the time I got to the script I was feeling fucking awful, if I remember correctly I took the subutex about 16-18 hours after my last smoke. The most important thing is that you are really starting to feel rough, not just a bit crap but really feeling it. To be on the safe side, I know some people take subbies pretty quickly after having another opiate they are addicted to.

Yeah, about 50 quid a day. I don't pin up everything, just a tens or twenties on occasion. Usually I smoke as I share it with someone who doesn't inject.
Yeah its annoying the purity isn't always the same, but I wouldn't say the stuff is shit quality, I would say it's average - good. I just smoke more than I inject so don't get to feel the most out of it. I have about 6 different sources, so have quite a variety and go the best 2. I would love to just pin up all the time as it would save so much money, but can't due to my partner. For instance tonight I have IVed just about 0.3gs, smoking about a 1g. Frustrating as I would love to IV more, as I can't feel anything! But out of respect to my partner, and to stop arguing, have to smoke the rest.
 
I would especially careful if you are getting 1.5g for 50 quid. I really cannot imagine the purity being all that great, if its good for you then that's fine. But you could very easily get .6 for 50quid and it will be much higher quality, that's not to say it WILL but it would very likely be much higher quality. So be very careful indeed, you could IV .3 of that and very easily OD.

Also don't think that if you could always IV it would save you money. It would in the short term, but very quickly your tolerance would build and you would be injecting the same amount in no time. People often think they will stick to the lower amount but it just doesn't work like that, tolerance is a bitch!
 
The stuff around atm is really quite nice..did something around 0.15-0.2 in the barrel gives a couple of hours ago and the rush was unreal and stoned for couple of hours - had to concentrate hard to keep my eyes open in the pub watching the Barcelona game earlier on...also smoking 0.2-0.25 of the gear gives a very, very nice stone

- Anyway, I've been developing a bit of a habit lately and find myself depressed if I've got nothing after a few days of a binge - i know this is to be expected but I had cramps today and was in such agony down my legs and back that I actually HAD to score this evening...it's been about 3-4 years since I felt that loss of control over the stuff, it's a scary feeling....

- luckily I had my counsellor put me on a waiting list a few weeks ago to see the methadone doctor so hopefully that comes pretty soon, I would like to go into treatment for a month instead but because I have no health insurance and I work it will cost 10,000-15,000 for a decent program which I can't afford because I don't make very much money. If I wasn't working then I would have a medical card and could go on a waiting list for a HSE (equivalent NHS) place in one of the centres...

- I mean how fucked up is that? I work and can't afford a treatment programme but someone who is not working can go onto a waiting list for some of the same centres!!!

- Also, drugs worker said I can't go on sub maintenance in Ireland (not approved for 'various reasons', nothing more specific than that)

- One question?... do you guys think it's unwise to go on methadone when I'm only starting to get a physical habit again lately? I mean I could kick the habit and get clean sure but I know I will only stay that way for 2 weeks maximum before I relapse.. so it's back then to square 1 again...use for few days - sick for few days, use for days, sick etc., etc... my reasoning behind methadone is that it could help me from feeling sick at least

- One more question re methadone, I have only taken it a handful of times in the past simply to get high - taking 40 to 60mls on one off occasions and each time I've felt pretty stoned and fucked up...does tolerance develop? (surely it does!!) The reason I ask is that I want to be sharp and able to focus on work and doing some upskilling to hopefully get a higher paid job while I am not in that high-sick-high cycle
