E & Alcohol?

i'm always telling people... nothing worse than being drunk and on e.... couple of drinks ok but dont spoil the euphoric by depressing it!
and also i'd be kinda surprised if you did drop a pill into champagne samadhi

i have friends who spent their recovery days in hospitals getting their stomachs pumped for alcohol poisoning...
being on pills could possibly dull the effects of alcohol, making pple think that their alcohol tolerance has gone higher, when in fact they are just less able to feel the effects. this goes for speed as well.
so they think they can drink more... but the body is in fact less able to cope with all the toxic shtuff. be careful!

would you now, eddispageddi????
well, it must have been an optical illusion on my part, with me lifting my hand, making the motion of dropping a pill into 1/2 a glass of champagne, hearing the pill hit the champagne, lifting the glass to my lips, swallowing the champagne, then...40 or so minutes later, feeling chopped...oh, but i guess you were there in spirit, eh?
Having said the above, and my last reply, i agree with everyone who says to be careful in in drinking HEAPS when chopped. The dangers of dehydration are very real with pilling by itself, and to add to the mix drinking heavily is playing with fire.
WHen i say drinking champagne, i mean 1 bottle between 5-6 people...not a bottle each. Faark, give me some credit...oh, but how can you, you don't know me...

My opinion, save the booze until comedown.
And even then, take it easy. Your liver will thank you.

Out of personal experience, I have the same effect when I drink as to when I dont drink, but then again everybody is different. Who is to say that you should and who is to say you shouldnt. I have drank alcohol on quite a few and it has never left me with a hangover or made it any less enjoyable, if not more. As I like to say, Everyone is different and everybody experiences different effects and different feelings. I just hope that each and every one of you do it in moderation and always take care.

Looks like I'm off to buy some champagne, it all sounds quite glam. I find a couple of drinks whilst waiting for the kick in helpful - most probably something to do or keep my mind off when it's going to kick in.
