i look ahead into the darkness
wondering where i will go
slowly i walk forward
into the horrible unknown
sneaking towards total blackness
scared of what i'll find
the darkness is all around me
and leaves me totally blind
i am blinded by the situation
fear have consumed my sight
i need to fight the darkness
and provide this realm with some light
i feel something is floating
my life, it's leaving me
i need to find out the reasons
the purpose for me to be
am i a weakling,
or is this just the way it is
if it's my time to die now
grant me a last single kiss
i guess i'll come quietly
not a teardrop on my face
i know people will mourn for me
a big emptyness will fill my place
it's said that all shall die
and that it's part of our fate
i love all i leave behind me
and swallows my last bitter hate
