The most I've taken was 30 at a time. At least that's what I remember. I don't like hitting fourth plateau

I've hit fourth plateau before. I used to use triple c's for a few months and one night I took 24. That's 720mg. I didn't like it. I was sweating so bad and I felt like I was gonna die. It was horrible. I wasn't ready at all.
