There has been a thread about this before but I'm still unsure about enzyme and DXM and I just want to clarify something.

Basically I have a very low tolerance to alcohol, I get the red flush whenever I drink, my skin starts to go red and I have trouble breathing.
As far as I'm aware, this is because I have low enzyme levels but as websites state, people who usually have a low/slow metabolism have low enzyme levels but on the other hand, I have a relatively fast metabolism so I'm confused.

So with that being said, dose this mean I have love enzyme levels since I cannot drink properly which would contribute to the fact that DXM hits me so hard with such little dosage?
