I heard that DXM helps lower tolerance to opiotes..is this true?? Also when does TAOS v.2 come out??

Yes, it does. So does ketamine. I can't answer the TAOS question.
There's actually a pain medication being prepared for the market that has some DXM and morphine in it. The amounts of DXM are low of course, probably not enough to really feel on its own, just there to keep the morphine tolerance down.

Can anyone explain the dosing to use DXM to lower opiate tolerance? Do you take it with the opiate? Or daily for a few days? How many mgs?
Thanks

I want to know this, too. I've seen all the papers finding NMDA antagonists inhibit/reverse the development of opioid tolerance, but I've never heard of someone using DXM, K, PCP, or whatever to actually do this. Since everyone here seems to know about it:
Has anyone tried this? What kind of a dosage regimin is required? What kind of amounts? Is a constant low-level effective, or do you need large acute doses? Does it need to be adminstered at the same time as the opioid? To what degree can you reasonable reduce/block tolerance this way?

Well, I don't know how it's ideally done, but once upon a time after a night of binging on ketamine I took a good dose of codeine and it absolutely WRECKED me. Codeine doesn't usually do jack shit for me, so from that day forth I've had little trouble accepting the idea that NMDA antagonists lower opiate tolerance.

I've had best results with Ketamine, rather than DXM.
Just start with a bump after you dose up with whichever opiates you prefer.
For Example : 30mg of hydrocodone and a few (small) bumps of k provide a nice high for somone with tolerance that would usually require a fair bit more than 30mg hydrocodone.
(Don't be a dumbass and take quite that much if you're an opiate virgin either, I hate feeling responsible for stupid people dying. ;) )

So nobody knows the correct dosage to take of DXM to get tolerance down?? is there anybody who can give an example of how much robotussin watever it was so i can get an idea??

Take about tripple the recomended dose for robotussin (the shit with ONLY dsm, no goofynessin or any of that other crap) .. so this about 30 minutes BEFOE you administer the opiates.. if you have a tollerance you should notice the DXM has reduced it... it's not the cure-all but it definitly helps!
Ketamine works MUCH better, but it is (obviously) harder to obtain ..
TAOS v2.0 will be out later - please people, stop asking... this is a big publication with submissions from a bunch of people, we have to edit, then subit the revisions back to the original author, get clearance then go back to work... this is going to be professional .. it might also be a private release as I don't know how wise it is to have a billion little kids all trying to pull this stuff off - after all, one of you could go to my doctor...
So please, STOP ASKING! when it's ready for relase I will make an announcement!

That makes no sense at all.. you can buy DXM for practically nothing, it's totally uncontrolled, and you can buy it anywhere, oh yeah, most people agree the high sucks! (I will give that some people enjoy it... on the other hand, opiates are some of the most restricted drugs in existance, you have to go through hell to get them and I won't evne compare the cost...
What ARE you on? You speak as though you enjoy DXM more then opiates...

I must say that I like dxm and opiates about the same. Opiates leave you comfortably numb and dxm leaves you totally mindfucked. Oh well....
