DXM while on wellbutrin

Not really,
the biggest concern with DXM and antidepressants is when they are MAOIs or SSRIs. That is potentially fatal to mix with DXM. Wellbutrin is a pretty unique antidepressant which main actions are NRI and DARI. So technically it is less dangerous than many other types of antidepressants.
Wellbutrin lowers the seizure threshold though and so does DXM. So you would be running the risk of getting seizures. Not fun. I wouldn't do it.

wellbutrin leaves your system pretty fast though. i think if you stop taking it maybe 72 hours before your dxm trip, you should be fine. of course, if you're taking wellbutrin for for depression then you probably don't want to do that (it's not wise to interrupt any antidepressant schedule). if you're taking it to quit smoking, however, you can probably live without it for three days.
