Dxm + Suboxone

first- last week i took 200mg of pure dxm and 8mg of suboxone about an hour znd a half later coolest trip of my life. pure dissosciation. traveling through the universe watching the birth of a star it was beautiful.

today-i decided i wanted to re-create the experience. i took 200mg of pure dxm and then an hour later dosed 4mg of suboxone. i yacked uncontrollably and couldnt shake a pounding headache. felt so shitty that i just tried to go to sleep. fell asleeep for a couple hours, woke up and yacked uncontrollaby again and feel like shit.

what happened?

dextromethorphane is pretty unprevisible ime... maybe you got the unconfortable symptoms from the dxm, why this time and not last time... mystery....

It was the crappy DXM.

You probably felt shittier because you dosed the DXM too close together and took half the dose of Suboxone.

cud it be that since dxm is closely related to levorphanol(sp) witch is an opioid or opiate derivitave,thst it sort of threw you into PW's???I mean,is it possible?

What he experienced wasn't withdrawals, if it was this would have happened the first time that he combined the two. Most likely it was just a bad interaction. These kind of adverse effects don't always have to happen.

I'm with Knocked out in Arizona, the ratio of dxm to suboxone was incorrect. Squizzy; you had it right the first time man, 200mg of dxm and the whole 8mg suboxone tablet.




Ooooold thread... lol I was am prescribed a plethora of drugs and know DXM interacts in several ways with them so I was googling/bluelightin' the effects!
