I did the necessary research but a direct confirmation would really help my anxiety based need for 1 last confirmation.
Not posted in Kratom mega thread as main HR query was DXM related thus need to ensure visibility.
a) I want to occasionally take therapeutic dose of DXM to potentate Kratom. So 60mg 30 min before Kratom dose. On 50mg Paxil daily
1. I understand its not recommended but should be ok ensuring the low DXM dose and no more, correct?
2. Already tried it once, seemed fine, did make Kratom last longer and seem more potent, but who knows if it was doing damage?
3. I understand DXM has benefits for meth as well correct? I do use this weekly.
b) Kratom side effect of itches is usually somewhat pleasant but with DXM it becomes to much, frustrating, distracting, obsessive. Any tips or supplements for this? I think this may also be related to a high Kratom dose.
1. I have not tried less Kratom dose, the euphoria, pleasant opiate effects feel lacking, not sure exactly, like its just shy of perfect, just a bit to subtle, leaves me frustrated, dosing more doesnt work. I also feel the usual Kratom stimulation which is great for working, but it feels like it is a bit to much and is dampening the opiate based effects, it leaves me frustrated and unsatisfied when it wears off. Dont get me wrong kratom awesome, the annoyance is more like a tiny flaw in an otherwise perfect jewel. Sort of like a low stim dose where the euphoria is not quite enough to distract from physical side effects, it ruins the entire experience. I have also tested strong SEM extract with same results, seems to be the Kratom ceiling, taunting me just shy of perfection.
2. Is there a way to complement or potentate the opiate effects only? Will be trying phenibut, anything else or concerns with this combo?
3. Meth and Kratom combo. I know more stim effects seems unwanted but the euphoria combo may be interesting? Concerns?
4. Any other related recommendations?
5. The stim effect also makes me loose interest in sleep and stay awake all night, dosing at about 6pm. I tried all the sedatory strains.
