the headspace on dxm seems to be one of the most terrifying aspect of the substance but for some reason its euphoric . ive suffered the most severe panic attacks while on ot but when i look back on the expierience im left with an urge to step back into the dextroverse .

For me DXM causes physical side-effects as the more disturbing aspect or effects, a feeling of pressure on the head and feverish hotness. Dissociative headspaces don't really mess with me that much and they haven't been that extreme for a while - I've gotten used to the temporary derealization and depersonalization. As long as other arylcyclohexylamine dissociatives remain available to me I don't see the point in using DXM.
However reactions to DXM (such as how agreeable it is physically) vary a lot, moreso than with most other drugs.

yea dxm can make your heart race super fast and you think you're gonna die. . benzos can save you and help to abort these experiences

Whenever get stoned while on a decent dose of ketamine the same happens, I wonder if it's just something to do with dissociatives
ime the sudden hot flashes are caused by panic attacks and only subsides intill im relaxed

i have the same horrible experiences mixing mxe and weed.......
I have never mixed weed and DXM. everyone says weed and dxm go together great (but i would forsee the same problems as K and MXE)...i think its probably just a bunch of fucked up high school kids that probably thinking huffing paint is awesome too.
When I experienced panic on DXM it was just a really high dose....and one time when it happened i had no benzos and i had to ride it out....called a couple of my friends telling them i was dying of an overdose (you find out real quick who your real friends are) and the panic wore off after the intense peak did

Dissociatives like DXM, Ketmine, and MXE cause a certain amount of CNS stimulation. Smoking weed also increases your heart rate. I can't help but think many of the bad experiences combining the two aren't attributable to people simply getting freaked out by tachycardia whilst tripping.

When I get the anxiety from marijuana and k it feels like a mixture between a panic attack and being about to faint. Not a good time, if I go to my bed and lay down I can ride it out and actually enjoy the powerful high but when I have to act normal and shit its when the panic really builds up
ive expierience a psycotic break from dxm but probably only because i dosed up 4 times in a row and 3 were with tripple cs which contains cpm and dxm . ive learned alot about the expierience. dxm is a powerful substance and il respect what it has to offer. Canabis + dxm in a bad setting seems to always cause a bad trip since canabis already causes paranoya.

while taking dxm with a few friends i experienced a feeling of forgetfulness and thought myself as my friend for one trip, during another trip i experienced the death of trevon martin. As for psycodelic dissorentation i would see the clouds rapidly sway in all directions without any control, time and space warped and every movement seemed twisted, not visually but mentally. i cannot experience bad trips EVER, so all my trips have been euphorically peaceful
