DXM Rec. Dosage?

what is the recreational dosage I should take?

its 5mg DXM and 2.5mg phenyephrine per 5ml/tsp

[merge] well you were all to late :) I took the whole bottle, around 125-150 mg. so around 60-70mg phenylephrine. how long for effects to come?
