Dxm question

I took 150 mg dxm, 1000 mg gufestain, 1300 acitomitephan. I weigh 145 lbs, 66 kg. So, i divided 150 by 66, got 2.2 on the plateu scale or whatever. I took all this on an empty stomach, should i be fine or can i take more of my 10 dxm/ 325 acietomitephen? I havent done this in a while, and just wondering thanks.
Btw, the acieto limit is 4000 mg, so i could easily take 8 more pills, but i dont wanna take too many meds on an empty stomach.

Erowid.org will answer all of your questions. DXM in my opinion is a very fun drug at first if you don't over do it like I did. Also take Tussin cough and cold or Robotussin Cough and cold quick release gels, they are easier faster (especially if you exercise after you pop them) and tend to make people vomit less and, best of all only contain DXM none of that other bullshit. Oh and btw take all twenty of the pills, (spaced out for a longer high)

Don't take pills with acetaminophen and guaifensin in them, they will make you sick as hell and are not good for your liver at all.

And what's the point of asking if it's safe to do something then doing it anyway?

Even if there is a limit, why did you buy a otc with those ingredients init, you can get ''Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide'' without any other active ingredients? take care of your body op, you might regreat the pounding your livers getting in the near future ?

The advice these guys are giving is good. DXM alone isn't particularly harmful to your liver, but taken in conjunction with other liver taxing meds can wreak havoc with both liver and kidneys. APAP is aknown liver stresser, stay away from it if at all possible. There are lots of sources of pure DXM Hbr - the Robotussin gelcaps being among the best.

1300 acetometaphine? (tylenol) is a very high dose, that's not good for your liver at all man, once I took too many of those pills with that in it, and had to check myself into a hospital after calling my friend, he said I had taken twice the lethal dose and had I not gone to take the mucumus? at the hospital I'd be dead right now. I still do DXM on occasion I enjoy it, but steer clear of anything with the acet in it if you can, the other stuff I only know the guan makes you sick, I don't think it kills you, and there's an antihistimine in the corcidan pills and something that makes your heart race and beat irregularly, those are dangerous as well.

I think the lethal dose of acet is like around 5 or 6 thousand, I could be way off, but anything approaching 1000 or more is dangerous as hell IMO.

In regards to acetaminophen overdose, consider body weight, metabolism, and the health of your heart and liver; however, considering a lethal or toxic dose is typically when you meet or exceed 12g (12000 mg) or more in one setting (usually within an 8 hour span, but elongated to 18000mg in a 24 hour). That would be 24 tablets of acetaminophen (500 mg each) or more, which is classified as the maximum dosage you should consume (if at all) before damage to the liver or kidneys commences. I have had many people ask me this when I worked in the pharmacy, but as a CPhT, I can honestly say that due to not knowing medical conditions, it would be rather difficult to say what would be YOUR exact dosage lethality, but i would hold it to an approximate of 22 tablets for someone your size. NOW concerning the extensiveness of Dextromethorphan (DXM), you need to understand that it has multiple properties and purposes other than a cough supressant, and that when used in conjunction with other drugs, (primarily promethazine, amphetamines, and although controversial, NSAID affiliates such as bayer aspirin and the like) it can reduce the immunity to certain disorders and viruses. Just keep in mind that if you are going to Robotrip, flip Triple C's or whatever use you have to procure your use of Dextromethorphan, keep in mind also that the extensive research of DXM is not entirely thorough in it's medical evaluation, so there is still alot of speculation regarding the health risks when procuring its repeated use.

FINAL NOTE:
If you're going to use Dextromethorphan, do not use it repeatedly for the use of getting high, if that is what you are going for, as there are much more "safe" (and I say that with caution), ways to expand your universe and your mind than destroying your organs with DXM and Acetaminophen. Happy hunting, and stay safe whan you experiment with anything! No reason to die for a high. I have had one of everything out there so far, and there is NOTHING good enough to want to die for lol. I thought the max daily dose of acetaminophen was more like 4000 mg - but it can be lower if combined with other stuff that messes with your liver. (oh sorry I see you found the dose limit already)

The bottom line is DO NOT take DXM that also contains other active ingredients, CCC or guaifenesin for example. They can be very harmful especially in the doses at which the DXM becomes active.

There is nothing more to talk about. Simply do not take them again, we don't accept things like 'but if I WOULD take them, how much is safe?'. Safe is zero.

Look for DXM-only products. If you can't find them look further. Check the label for where it lists active ingredients, it should say DXM and nothing more. Inactive ingredients are usually not a problem.
