This happened over a month ago, I just haven't gotten around to posting it until now. As such, it won't be too detailed - I tried to type a trip report during it, but that failed miserably.
I took a full bottle of Robitussin CoughGels, being a complete wuss about the taste of Robitussin. A bit about the setting: I was just in my room, the only light being my computer screen. I looked on Fark and some other sites while waiting for the stuff to kick in.
40 minutes later, something felt different. I felt an odd tightness in my face, and saw a breif "speckle" appear in front of my eyes, as if I'd been closing them tightly and had just reopened them. Thinking of it as just an aftereffect of staring at the monitor too long, I tried to type in another website's URL, making more than my share of typos. At this point, I realized I was completely and utterly messed up. Keep in mind, this was my first intoxication of any kind - I tried Vicodin once, but that just made me feel warm, not psychologically different.
I attempted to beat some GBA game - this one on the Namco Arcade Collection game called Scramble. It's a general space-shooter-type game, only you have to shoot certain bunker things to get fuel, and you die instantly if you run out (even if you drop a bomb on a fuel tank while running out). I failed just 3 minutes into it, and was quite pissed at this fuel.
I tried walking around my room, nearly falling into my dresser. Later, I had to leave my room to go to the bathroom, and kept my balance fairly well. I also noticed that, for some reason, it felt good to wave my arm around. After that, I noticed that I absolutely could not read anything on my computer screen. Out of boredom, I closed my eyes, and saw this odd CEV thing - it wasn't cool patterns or something like that, it was this odd gold/red Egyptian-looking tiled floor, seen as if I was standing on it, then it all crumbling away except for a 4-square-wide path, then that path splitting in two and the two parts going to the left and right.
I tried listening to some music. Although the music didn't sound any different, it changed the CEVs to a couple still-frame things of zombies for some reason. This was NOT a "bad trip," I wasn't scared of the zombies or anything, I just thought "Zombies. Huh." I also saw some wavy line to the right of the zombies, and thought that that was the music. Or something. BTW, I was listening to assorted Apocalyptica and Pantera music. You've all probably heard of Pantera, but Apocalyptica's this band that takes heavy-metal music and plays it on cellos. Worth listening to. Anyway, the music (can't remember if it was "Harmageddon" or "Toreador") sounds all dark and evil and all that stuff, so that may have been what caused the zombie thing.
After this, I decided to go to bed. However, I was only two hours into the trip, so I was still quite fucked. I rolled around in my bed, and the bed felt like it was HUGE. I also saw another CEV, this one of a really steep lime-green hill. It looked like a 3D version of that old Scorched Earth game. For some reason, I was imagining I was a military commander/general/something, and saw some little tanks moving around the hill (again, like Scorched Earth, though I wasn't playing Scorched Earth that day nor do I regularly play it). I went to sleep, and the effects wore off by the time I was awake.
If anyone wants, I can show the excuse for a trip report I wrote while high. One thing I forgot to mention, I saw my hand making a strobe-light effect when I waved it around, but as it turns out it was just that my monitor flickers slightly, and the same thing happens when I'm sober, so I didn't include it. However, it DID amuse me to no end while I was high.
