^Or just get pure DXM over the internet. Even if DXM is the sole active ingredient, medicines contain lots of other ingredients that are not supposed to be taken in such high quantities.

I can't buy pure powder.....there are no sources.

also the next day i was so so itchy is this normal i mean im really itchy

an antihistamine might help, like gravol or benadryl or chlorpheniramine.
