Hey all,
Wanted to post this in case anyone in the future has a similar question. DXM actually seems to have relaxed me through Nyquil without realizing it. I tried to see what people said and it seems 60MG is what people go for. I don't want to "robo trip" but the added relaxation is nice. I took 30ml of regular (30MG DXM 625MG acetaminophen) and 15ml of Severe (10MG DXM 312.5MG acetaminophen)
My flu is almost gone. Am wondering if one more dose of Nyquil regular (30MG more DXM) so total 70MG, would help me relax and sleep. Thanks in advance
