The topic of my post has now expanded to include all stimulants, in particular, amphetamine and armodafinil. I don't use everyday, only on the weekends for amps and maybe two to three working days for modafinil. I am taking a break from MDMA (2 months) so that's why the post above is no longer that relevant.
On other days I use piracetam and choline, l-tyrosine, occasional 5HTP for MDMA recovery and I think that's about it. I am in the midst of writing my thesis, hence all the nootropic use.
Now...when should I dose the DXM, how much and how long do I have to wait after taking the DXM to be able to safely use MDMA?
Are there any interactions between DXM and any of the drugs I have listed in this post?
I hope somebody replies to this because I really need a good outline. All the information available is conflicting and ancedeotal, and doesn't provide a simple regime for me to follow that is safe and effective.
This is what I came up with, but I don't know how safe/effective this is:
Supplement Regime
Monday: piracetam 1200mg & choline 500mg (morning), l-tyrosine 100mg (morning), b6 (morning) magnesium 500mg (evening), DXM 30mg (evening)
Tuesday: piracetam & choline (morning), l-tyrosine (morning), b6 (morning) magnesium (evening), DXM (evening)
Wednesday: Armodafinil 75mg (morning), magnesium (evening), melatonin 1mg (evening)
Thursday: piracetam & choline (morning), l-tyrosine (morning), b6 (morning) magnesium (evening), DXM (evening)
Friday: Armodafinil 75mg (morning), magnesium (evening), melatonin (evening)
Saturday: L-tyrosine (morning), piracetam & choline (morning), b6 (morning), usually use 100mg Amphetamine at evening or 200mg MDMA with alcohol and then 5mg Valium for comedown
Sunday: 5htp 50mg (evening), Green tea extract, magnesium (evening)
Daily:
Iron
Vitamin D
Probiotics
Fish Oil/Krill Oil
Digestive enzymes (with big meals)
