Misc DXM- cpm questions

I've just taken 5 tripple c's so 150 mgs dxm with 20 mgs cpm. I know cpm can be dangerous in high doses and usually use dxm only products but didn't this time bec I only take usually around 200 mgs which would be about 26mgs cpm. Is this THAT dangerous? Or is it really only bad in higher doses? I know cpm is bad, I just want to know if its that dangerous in lower doses.

5 triple c's isn't going to hurt you, but beware it does potentiate dxm. And don't take anymore because its not safe as a rule of thumb and I don't personally know the maximum amount you can take without any risk. Maybe google it if you can't go and buy another dxm-only product

The maximum daily dose advised for CPM is 32 mg. So 26mg is fine, once in a while.

Another thing is, should I take my swroquel 25 mgs tonight? It's a daily sleep med or could it harm me. I'm actually getting a pretty good affect off just those pills.

I wouldn't take the seroquel tonight, seeing as you are feeling ok.
