dxm and vyvanse

This morning I took 50mg of vyvanse which is my normal dose. I took it around 7:30 AM. At around 8pm tonight me and a friend are planning on smoking some bud and popping some pure wal-tussin cough gels (I'm gunna do 20 which is 300mg, I haven't done it in awhile so my tolerance is very low so I'll feel pretty high.) I read that amphetamines and DXM mixed can kill you. Is it safe to do DXM 13 ina half hours after taking vyvanse? I just want to make sure, its better safe than sorry.

don't mix amphetamines and dxm; it may not kill you but its is not good for your heart.

It's probably not very good for you, 13 hours after a dose of Vyvanase you'd still have half of it floating around in your system.

If you do trip, be prepared to have a very uncomfortable one.

Since it's vyvanse probably not a good idea because vyvanse has such a long half life. At that dose of DXM yeah it can be bad and I think has a small chance of causing serotonin syndrome.

Yep, I'd say the general consensus is to NOT mix these two substances. In fact, don't mix DXM and amphetamines of any kind (not just Vyvanse).
