dxm and tramal interaction

Hello so i am prescribed tramadol and took 200mg about an hour ago and i have a high tolerance to it. I was wondering if i would be safe if i took 14 capsules of nyquil which would equal 210mg dxm? I am aware of the many other threads with this question but i just like to make sure its okay with my amouts. I dont know if this matters but i have about 140-150 lbs. Thank your for any reply.
Also a side not i am on lexapro and buspar daily (20 mg lexapro, 15 mg buspar)

Think DXM with Tramadol can increase the chances of a seizure. So be careful.

Risk of serotonin syndrome - I'd just flat out say don't do it.
