Opioids DXM and opioid tolerance, how, when & how much??

Hello, I am on MMT (I've tried ever other possible way to quit-subs, inpatient, getting locked up, loosing fam, freinds & love of my life) still didn't stop using. Only thing that keep me clean is Methadone. I think for obvious reasons It would be the smart thing to keep my dose to the absolute minimum that holds me 24hrs. I've read a few articles/comments about using DXM to lower/keep tolerance of opioids down. Can someone thourghly explain this to me as I don't understand? How often would I need to take it? how much (mg?) Do I have to chug caugh syrup on the daily?? Thx guys, be as specific as possible

Just take a normal dose like the bottle says. Don't overdue it, 50mg would be plenty. If your interested in increasing the bioactivity for opiates look here:

Thanks King. I'll do my best to read the forum on opiod potentiation. Pretty damn long though. Luckily I have a scrip for a few of the mentioned. If you have any (specific) info on increasing the effectiveness or duration of methadone let me know!
