Dxm and focalin xr combo

I took my normal does of focalin xr which is 20mg at 4 (I have adhd) and I just took 30 mg dxm completely forgetting about my adhd meds. I know these R both stimulants but since I didn't take much of either and because focalin calms me instead of stimulating me will I be ok

You'd be find. DXM is a dissociative and iirc acts upon the Norepinephrine receptors and as does D-MPH so in a higher dose of DXM you'd be in trouble when it comes to the fear and panic.

Yeah stimulants calm me too. But they're still stimulating. They just have that calm effect. People seem to think stimulants "stimulate" them in the cliche way that uppers are portrayed on TV. But no this is not the case.
