dxm and adderall?

well i just got a bottle of 30 pills (20 mg of dxm in each) and i'm getting 4 adderall xr's (30 mg each) and i'm thinking about combining the two, but i know that they both increase serotonin levels which can be dangerous (serotonin toxicity). i'm planning on tripping tomorrow if it is safe.

also let me add i'm currently withdrawing (brain zaps, eye jitters, etc) from both effexor and zoloft (was on effexor 75 mg for a few months and have been taking zoloft 25 mg for three days). i haven't taken zoloft since yesterday and effexor since about 4 days ago, and either way the dose is too low to cause serotonin toxicity (i'm only going take 200 mg of dxm as i've read that zoloft increases its bioavailability via enhancing its serotonergic effect (correct me if i'm wrong please).

so basically,

is it safe to combine low doses of dxm with low-moderate doses of amphetamine?
oh and is it fine that few ssri metabolites are ? (yes i realize that i'm still risking serotonin toxicity, but i've yet to hear of this happen to someone on such a low dose).

Do not take DXM at this time. You have an SNRI (effexor) in your system. You could get serotonin syndrome.

Also, DXM is known to cause tachycardia, and of course adderall is amphetamine, which raises heart rate. Not a good idea.

I took a combo of dxm, prob around 150-200 mg, along with some adderall. like 30-40 mg which was a moderate-high dose for me. I felt fucking amazing. Smoked weed too and just felt super stimulated and euphoric..
And i felt like i was tripping ballz with a tweaker twist.. like wide-eyed. remember smoking a joint on the roof and had a cig and just watching the clouds wired and tripped out of my mind.. couldnt shut up either.
but with serotonin issues i'd say watch out.. maybe have some benzos on hand

As long as the DXM dosage remains low, I honestly don't see any big deal about it.
Although, I'd take jackie jones advice, even if it is "conservative".

I mean, reall what's the point? You might as well get tramadol, or better yet a real opiate for that combo, if that's what you're trying to wrecklessly do.

DXM and amphetamines together raise the blood preasure to a dangerously high level it can also cause strokes and brain hemorrhages.
Since DXM inhibits dopamine reuptake, combining it with a dopamine releasing agent (amphetamine, adderall or methamphetamine) will naturally produce a combined, synergistic effect. I'd suggesting avoiding this at all costs.and DONT TAKE DXM IF YOU ARE ON SSRI'S EG ZOLOFT!!!!SSRI's stay in your system for at least a week after taking them.If you take DXM while on SSRI's it can cause serotonin syndrome that can be fatal.....

Be safe dont risk it just wait....

P.S you shouldent just cut off your antidepressants it really fucks with your head...
