DXM affecting roll?

I took DXM on thursday night, and then friday night my friends convinced me to roll (it is for graduation after all). I ended up taking 3.5 pills over the night and never really rolled off them, these *should* have been pretty good pills too. My friend who also dxmed the night before didn't roll much off 4.5 pills. I'm wondering if its possible if the dxm we took the night before caused us to not roll, anyone with experience about this?

ive taken dxm a few times and rolled but never in the same time span. therefor it didnt really affect anything. go on erowid and check out the dxm faq, it answers every question you could possibly have.

According to the Dangerous Combos FAQ, "MDMA inhibits the body's ability to regulate it's temperature, often overheating the user. DXM inhibits sweating and when combined with MDMA can induce hyperthermia."
 
For the person above who said that DXM inhibits sweating, that's complete bullshit. Dancesafe had that up on their site for a while as one of its effects, but you'll see it's been changed. DXM can CAUSE you to sweat if anything, check the FAQ you'll find no mention of perspiration inhibition.
As for the pills, obviously if you and your friend didn't roll hard they WEREN'T very good, whether they were "supposed to be" or not.
 
when I said *should* have been good I meant my 2 other friends who took them rolled hard, as have others who have taken pills from the same batch before. We even tasted about a few of our pills and they tasted real (they were in gel caps.)
 
2 years ago I've bought DMX one time-the label warned not to take these when you've had any other drugs in the last week...well, stupid as I was, I took them anyway, combined with MDMA, speed and alcohol-dumbest thing I've ever did...it took 3 full days (3x24 hours) before the f-fects where totally gone...I'm quite sure I'll never do that again!
