DXM (Active Ingredient or Extraction?)

Is it better to just find a cough medicine (syrup/pill) that's only active ingredient is DXM or use the extraction method?

Get something where DXM is the only ingredient. A lot of pharmaceuticals will come through along with DXM even in an extraction. It also doesn't mean you have to hassle with an extraction and there's no risk of messing it up.

Wait so You can go to over the counter Pharms or get a prescription?

well DXM extract would probally give you a more intense trip just not as long as a trip if you were to chug the syrup.
