1:30pm: I drank two bottles of 3mL Delsym.
2:09pm: Taylor picks me up.
4:01pm: I am with Taylor and we are going to go swimming. We were just at Ulta and I felt very strange and like I was going to puke. Now I still feel very nauseous.
6:03pm: Swimming felt really good, like bathing in a Starburst bubble bath, and I kept thinking, "Nirvana, Nirvana, Nirvana,” like I was going to reach nirvana or something. (I didn’t, by the way.) I kept looking at the sky and the clouds and it looked really beautiful. When I got home, I ate a bunch of mac & cheese because I felt like I was going to throw up if I didn't. I still feel nauseous and like I'm on a hallucinogen.
7:00pm: I decide to watch Friends and I watch it for a while; they talk about having children and I’m really repulsed by the idea, it makes me nauseous just thinking about it.
9:30pm: I go to sleep and don’t wake up until 10:30 the next day; the DXM helps me sleep through the night (combined with Ambient 10mg that I take every night).
