DXM 240Mg Fail Agian :/

is the second time I buy cough syrup trying to have a trip to see the DXM, buy one that has 240mg of DXM and 240 mg of Ambroxol per 100ml, I drink the whole bottle, at 2 hours or so I already feel the effect as being with blurred vision, I feel as if something had used some opiasio, only with better mobility of the body, shortly after everything goes wrong, it makes me go to the bathroom and practically live there until my stomach is completely empty, yet still has plenty upset stomach, hardly actually enjoy the trip, perhaps to the brand should I use, should use another company's DXM?, ambroxol it be that is what makes me so upset ?, do not understand how they all have such wonderful ghistorias DXM if my going so badly ... any advice?
 
Yes.... Why would you ingest a Very large amount of a Drug You know nothing about?

buy robotussin gel caps, 15mg dxm per pill and take 20 of them and you will feel it for sure. Don't use any dxm products that contain anything else other than dxm.
 
I'm not sure of this, but it might have been better for you to have used CCC's than the syrup you used (which is not recommended by anyone on this site lol)...

And ya, it's hard to ingest large amounts of DXM without becoming nauseated...when I used to do the stuff all the time in high school, I just took it as part of the experience...I'd ingest, go through extreme nausea and abdominal pain, and then me vomiting would start the trip lol...
 
Defintly do not go with the CCC's. they contain coricidin which in high doses not only causes that nausea that comes with it but its extremely dangerous on your liver. go with the Robo-max or liquid-gels if you can't handle the taste of the syrup.
 
I didn't say that he should take those, I just stated it might have been easier on his body lol. And high doses of DXM can cause the nausea (or simply that nasty syrup if you drink it); I don't think that chlorpheniramine maleate is the sole perpetrator of of the nausea in that combination.

But yes, Robo liquid gels are the best thing to use and most stores that carry them also carry their brand of tussin liquid gels so you can save by grabbing the generic. You just may need to use more than one bottle as I think they only have a quantity of 20 (when I use DXM for withdrawals, I normally need 6-900mg of the stuff).
 
DXM is a dissociative and such queries belong in PD. Any other questions about effects usually live in BDD but we (BDD and OD) don't cover psychedelic drugs (inc dissociatives), ecstasy or cannabis.

Im sure it was just a slip of words, but Coricidin is the name of the medication, chlorpheniramine maleate, is the drug in it.
 
1. Get a product with DXM as the only active ingredient.
2. Get some herb to deal with nausea (and maybe predose with 25mg diphenhydramine)
3. Lie down in dark room with eyes closed and listen to music.
4. Realize that most people do not find DXM to be recreational. Why do you think you will enjoy it, have you read the FAQ or any trip reports, or researched the drug at all?
