I've not been around here for a while, so apologies and a big hello to the friends I've not spoken to for far too long.

I'm heading to Dublin for this weekend and was wondering if any of the Irish crew could recommend any decent clubs to visit?

Any suggestions for good places to visit? All would be gratefully received!

Great to see u post again. Hope ur keepin well.
The clubs in dublin have all changed from when i used to live there but i'll ask my mates who still frequent the city & get back to you.

Not having a go at Dublin but the club scene is poor by European standards.

good bars: bernard shaw, anseo, the grand social,
best pint of guinness:the boars head, slatterys
good (relatively cheap) food: the mongolian bbq, bunsen burger, cactus jacks, opium, bear steakhouse
museums worth checking: collins barracks 1916 exhibition tour, natural history museum ireland, irish museum of modern art, kilmainham jail tour

Sorry for the late responses but appreciate the posts above.

Had a great time in Dublin but didn't bother with any clubs in the end. Just pubs and a bit of reggae in a place called Sweeneys which was good for a change. Have to say I thought it was a great city and even thought Temple Bar was a lot better than I expected.
