I just moved house and I couldn't be bothered setting up my evaporator to dry my shrooms, so I just shoved them, uncovered, in a bowl in the fridge.
Two days later and they are almost perfectly snap-dried.
Just thought I'd share this with people as it's probably easier than setting up a fan/ other makeshift methods.
