Dry Wretching!!

I've been pilling for the last year or so and at first i experience no bad experiences what so ever. But since I started getting my hands on better pills i find myself dry wretching as i start to come up. It absoloutely sucks! I still love to pill, but I hate the anticipation of the dry wretching. Does anyone have any tips to stop this from happening? Someone suggested plugging, but i'd rather do something else!
 
Try some quick-eze or other antacid stuff.
Or take less.
Or snort.
 
i have the same problem and quickeze is good...get chewy quickeze. the orignal quickeze is like eating limestone...mmm
 
i actually used to look forward to it (aint dropped a pill in ages)
as soon as i got the queezy feeling in my stomach i knew it was kicking it.. and after a few dry wretches i flying

Every persons tolerance and sensitivity to mdma is different. If the dry wretching is something you would rather do without

the only thing i would say is not to have such a strong dose of mdma in one hit and not give your body such a system shock.
I'm no doctor but it could be your body's way of telling you something.

This might sound a little critical (which I don't intend), but I find the dry-retching thing is psychological. I get an odd, empty sort of feeling in my stomach, and sometimes my head goes, "Whoa, I feel sick...", but then I just chill and the sick feeling goes away.
 
cheers, i know what you mean about the mental thing, i get a bit nervy before i take a pill so it might be that. It doesn't matter how low my dose is anymore, i almost always dry wretch. Will try the antacid though!
 
yer after i dump for about an hour- to an hour n half i cant dance cause my stomache always full of air. Burp like crazy.
Then it all goes away and i slowley float up to Heaven . HehEheHE

oh man i had heaps of dry retch action coming up off a green? cuz i had an empty stomach and pre-loaded with 1000mg of 5-htp for the first time.
i feel that if a pill is really strong, and your body is feeling the full effect of it, its actually okay for it to be so strong that its gut wrenching...mmmmm =)
 
You are so right WideEyedBandit, it's all in our heads. Every time I am about to drop, I start dry reaching, it pisses me off. I think it's just my body saying "keep that discusting tasting bad thing away from your mouth". I have to try to think of something else for a while then just eat it when I least expect it. Pretty farked up hey, I have to trick myself...ha!
