drugs use and sport

^ yeh that's true, I'll have a think about a way to keep it relevant to an Australian forum. That said a lot of the supplements available have different formulas for release in the states and internationally. And the steroid scene here must be a world appart from that in the US... or Eastern Europe? I'll have a chat to p_d about it as I'd probably have to discuss individual products by name/brand as they mostly have proprietary blends (a lot don't disclose exact ingredients and volumes these days); and that may be against the guidelines? Leave it with me :)

The only sport I was ever somewhat decent at was handball and I don't think I ever played it on drugs, wow it's been ages since I played it in high school. :D

I mean, I'm not fat I'm really slim I'm just not an athletic person at all and due to my chain smoking habit I can not breathe very well. :\

Haha let's just say I was always the kid picked last for sporting teams in school.... I'm pretty fit now but nowhere near as fit as I want to be because I drink like a fish and have to be weary of my heart for various reasons %)

I have went to Jujitsu mildly high if not coming down before and found it extremely difficult, had a complete lack of motivation wouldn't do it again. However taking drugs in general has not affected my performance in the martial art whatsoever.

Played tennis after having some goey a couple of times. Decided to stop doing it though because it gave me a way too unfair advantage. It's amazing how focused 80-100mg can make you. Every shot was precise and the extra power you can get behind the ball is crazy. Use to play u/16 football stoned all the time, that shir was fucking hard as hell, always led to a half time chuck followed by a red powerade! Good ol' days

baaah.... I can't do anything except run these days, and while I've run a couple of times high as a kite on meth, it was a handful of experiences I hope to never repeat :|

Since moving near to a large recreational reserve, I've begun doing 5k a day, 3 times a week, hoping to increase it to 5 in the coming weeks. I've also been smashing various forms of protein and minimising carbs lately to keep from gaining any weight (which I just assumed would be inevitable given that it's a) winter and I'm b) not using meth) and it's had an excellent effect on my energy levels in general. I'm also sleeping regular hours and getting up early, although I'm drinking at least 2 coffees a day to tide me over but at least coffee is legal, right?? %)
