Drugs and Video Games

Wasn't entirely sure where to put this, but Drug Culture seemed the best bet.

I don't play video games very much. Very, very occasionally I'll pull out my Gameboy and play a bit, but not much.
However, I've found that when I'm on kratom, I quite enjoy video games. But when I'm not on it, I don't really have any desire to play them, even the same ones I enjoy a lot while on kratom. (Half-Life and Amnesia: The Dark Descent are now eternally connected with kratom for me. :P )

Has anyone else found this to be the case? Seems pretty strange and I'm not really sure why it would happen, but I'm curious to hear if it happens to anyone else.
 
I used to love playing two player games with my dope buddies when we would get blasted on H or even just a good drunk. Head to head on anything from Atari to SNES to Dreamcast.

I pretty much only play one player games when I'm sober and bored. Weed makes me suck at games more. I haven't played video games at all in months tbh. Wish I still found them fun. I refuse to get rid of my small collection because they're never bad to bring out around new friends and there's high nostalgic value attached to them.
 
I enjoy playing world of warcraft when I'm stoned and/or on a low dose of opiates. (Ikr, I'm a wow nerd. :) ) I enjoy more competitive games when I'm on amphetamines, like league of legends, but I get tired of it quickly when on amps. Never really been into FPS games.

I also enjoy playing wow when I'm sober. Not as much, but I still enjoy it quite a bit. Kinda depends on my mood I guess.
 
I just remember that one time I was playing call of duty and murked everyone... got a 17 kill streak and I was tripping hard on dxm. Then I turned on the mic and they couldn't believe I was a girl as well. Hahahaha... well that never will happen again.

Video games when high was never really my thing... especially on weed, because then I suck.
Video games in general aren't my thing... only every now and then.
