I'm mostly interested in this as it relates to meth.
Why does it seem like the biggest users have the most kids? I know one woman who is a daily IV meth user and she has nine kids. Does meth make you more fertile? Someone told me that it just makes you horny and less concerned about protection. One woman said every single time she got pregnant (8 kids) she was using meth. She said it thins your blood and makes it easier for the baby juice to move around and attach. One woman was struggling with fertility and her friend said to her "have you considered becoming a crack whore?" I know it was meant to be funny but it seems pretty accurate.
Do drugs affect your fertility? Will they cause increased fertility or maybe decrease it?

I would guess that tweakers crank (no pun intended) out lots of kids because meth makes a lot of people horny. Increased sex drive + a partner nearby = lots of little ankle-biters running around

Drug addicts tend to not be the greatest when it comes to responsible family planning in general.
